Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that Jimmy was unable to help out on Saturday due to basketball games and then Sunday Scott told him you were almost done and not to worry about coming over...so we tried, but didn't quite make it to help. In fact, our entire small group was ready to help on Sunday. If you need anything else in the mean time please let us know and we'll see what we can do. I also found out tonight that all 3 of my kiddos playing basketball not only have their normal 3 games this Saturday, but all 3 also have pictures at various times throughout the day! So, I don't get to come to your baby shower and I am so sorry! I was looking forward to it, as I am sure you REALLY are! I hope you all have a blast and that you get everything you need and some things you just want...I'll have a gift for you Sunday at church and if you aren't able to come then I'll get it to you soon. Hang in there ~ you can do this! Don't let thoughts of labor scare you too badly. Everyone likes to tell horror stories, but I'm telling you once your little one is in your arms you'll know it is all worth it!! Babies are just amazing, wonderful creations of the Lord and so precious!!!
You will do wonderfully during labor, I am sure! You and Jeff will both do well. No one is ever "ready" so try not to stress too much. Maya is 4 1/2 and I still look at her and wonder if its all a dream, lol. Children are a challenge but I have learned so much from being a parent and would not change a thing. I know you guys are so excited to meet Miss Lyons and we can't wait to learn her name :o). So glad things are going well on the Pre-E end, especially with the move. Maybe she will be a Valentines Day baby after all and continue the family tradition of Holiday babies!
